Epicor offers e-marketing tools as SaaS
Epicor eMarketing and eSurvey solutions now available as a cloud service
Epicor is making its eMarketing and eSurveys tools available through a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, to give users easy access to marketing tools and customer feedback.
The SaaS offering is intended to give organizations a flexible way of accessing tools with cost-effective licensing.
Epicor eMarketing enables companies to develop personalized and content rich emails, newsletters and web microsites, without any need for HTML programming skills. The platform can generate customized campaigns for marketers, with detailed reporting features.
The Epicor eSurveys platform allows companies to quickly create surveys to gauge customer response. The surveys are generated with a hyperlink for each survey, allowing questions to be sent via email, embedded in a Web site, or integrated into social media tools, including Facebook, so that users can reach a wider audience. Integrated tools, such as crosstabs, charts, statistical reports and analytics of open-ended questions allow customers to make informed decisions based upon the data.

Epicor eMarketing and eSurveys can operate as standalone platforms or integrate with other Epicor offerings using Epicor Service Connect, a central business integration platform for secure workflow orchestrations within Epicor service software applications and between Epicor and non-Epicor applications. Both products are also available in the on-premise model.
