Batelco has launched a new SMS translation service that instantly translates text from English to Arabic. The service is available for prepaid as well as postpaid customers who can translate their texts by sending the chosen words to 92001 by SMS.

Batelco is offering its customers a free trial period of the service till April 30, following which each SMS will be charged at 250 fils.

"This service has been designed to enhance the current portfolio of services available for Batelco's mobile customers," said Ahmed Al Janahi, Batelco group GM, Media Relations.

Janahi concluded by saying: "Batelco designs and develops convenient services for all segments of its customers to deliver products and services to meet their requirements and to ensure they benefit from the best value for their money."
