Jacky’s Electronics receives DSES award Panjabi says the company is honoured that the Dubai Government has recognised its commitment to customer service.

Jacky's Electronics, the UAE-based multi-brand electronics retailer, was among the main awardees of this year's Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) Award for delivering the best customer service in 2011.

The company's Dubai Mall outlet also received the Best Service Performance Outlet in the electronics category under the DSES award programme of the Department of Economic Development of Dubai.

His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, honoured this year's winners of the Business Excellence Awards at a ceremony held at Dubai World Trade Center.

Ashish Panjabi, chief operating officer, Jacky's Electronics, said: "We at Jacky's Electronics have been committed to our philosophy of serving customers from the heart by offering excellent products and customer service and we continuously think of ways to strengthen our loyal customers' trust in Jacky's as a brand. With quality audits being carried out every quarter and process measure reports being presented to the Quality Initiatives Management Review Board regularly, the customer service department is constantly exceeding the benchmarks that it created for itself," said Panjabi.

"We are honoured that the Dubai Government has recognised our commitment to customer service and this latest accolade will keep us to become more focused in providing long term customer satisfaction by developing innumerable customer service programmes.  We also owe our success to our dedicated staff, striving hard to be more customer-centric for the benefit our loyal consumers," Panjabi added.

DSES is an initiative of the Government of Dubai, Department of Economic Development, which is aimed at promoting excellence in customer service in the private sector and recognising businesses that provide excellent service for their customers.
