ShasTech signed as Samsung service partner for KSA ShasTech's iCare service centres will support Samsung mobiles and tablets.

Samsung Electronics has appointed ShasTech as its authorized maintenance provider for Saudi Arabia for its mobile phone and tablet product.

The distributor and retailer will provide official support for Samsung devices through its chain of iCare outlets in the Kingdom.

The partnership with ShasTech is intended to build trust in Samsung products among consumers in Saudi Arabia, the company said.

"Being our second contract with Samsung in the last few weeks, this agreement reflects the strong presence of ShasTech in Saudi Arabia, as well as its ability to serve the world's biggest corporations via its iStore showrooms and iCare service centers, in addition to its comprehensive distribution fleet which enjoys high quality logistics," said Eng. Mohamed Ali, general manager of ShasTech.

"The agreement will help Samsung in offering total technical services for its mobile phone and tablet users. An elite team of Samsung experts will oversee and train iCare's staff on Samsung's methodologies and techniques using the latest technical methods," he added.

Samsung requires in its authorized service centres will devote all their specialized capabilities and expertise to provide the technical support necessary for Samsung smart mobile phones and tablets.
