DTK to launch region's first Android 4.0 tablet The DTK Swift-Tab A10 will run on Android 4.0.

DTK Computer is set to launch what it says will be the first Android 4.0 tablet in the region.

The company plans to launch its new 10 inch Swift-Tab A10 in Middle East markets next month.

The Swift-Tab A10 has been designed for business and consumer users, and comes with a rich package of applications including full Arabic interface.

The tablet, which is just 4.2mm thick, runs on a 1.2GHz Cortex A8 processor with 1GB DDR3 RAM, and a 10 Point multi-touch capacitive screen.

The DTK Swift-Tab comes with front and rear-facing cameras, and has 16GB Flash supporting up to 32GB Micro SD Card. For internet connectivity and communication it includes 802.11 b/g/n Wireless and Bluetooth.

In addition the DTK Swift-Tab includes two Micro USBs (One with OTG function) along with headphone jack, high quality built-in speakers and microphone for social, music and video entertainment.

The tablet will also make full use of the new features of Android 4.0, including improved navigation and facial recognition for unlocking the device.
