Lets face it folks, RIM is going down in US. The biggest market now is UK and Saudi in EMEA, RIM will increase presence in Saudi and they are trying to prevent any reseller or partner to take revenue which RIM desperately need now. RIM had its time, but everything has an end.. Lets see if they will win the battle with BB 10 while Andriod and iOS are spiking high..Ian
I think this is a good development. Lets face it BB is still a world leader and i dont see why they should bend over and go with Android. BB is still the more secure and stable OS for mobiles . If they are supporting Android apps that is good because one can enjoy the best of both worlds without going for other (lesser brands) & further its just like Apple supporting some microsoft applications on their computers.
And what about Arabic support? There is absolutely none - you want to sell in this region and don't care about this? C'mon, show us that you're really serious about your customers.
I don't understand the logic. They want to support Android applications on their devices but they don't want to use Android OS and they want to reinvent the wheel.
"Within the email we have also introduced Bold, Italic and Underline, so as simple as it sounds this is not available with competitors" - I don't understand this too! Which ones has he talking about? Everyone knows that Mail clients of other devices support full graphics.
