Lifestyle technology product distributor, Jeetek, is expanding its portfolio of eco-friendly lifestyle technology products to support the company's desire to promote environmental conservation and protection in the Middle East.

According to a report by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) the amount of e-waste from mobile phones, computers and other electronic devices could rise by up to 500% within the next decade in some countries.

Jeetek offers environmentally safe green products from Santok, an ISO 14001 certified, UK-based manufacturer of lifestyle technology devices.

Santok products include the STK 3-in-1 USB Charging Data Cable, STK BTH20 Multi-Point Bluetooth Headset (USB Charger Cable) and the STK Helios Emergency Charger with 10 interchangeable connectors.

Santok also offers cellular-specific and related products including handsets, accessories and consumer electronics.

Jeetek is the exclusive distributor of Santok products in the Middle East and South Asia.

"Reaffirming our commitment to environmental stewardship, Jeetek has formed strategic alliances with Santok and other lifestyle technology manufacturers that have consistently demonstrated an excellent environmental track record. It is important that we address critical environmental issues because these can potentially deliver a long-term negative impact on the social and business landscape. Studies have already shown that the amount of e-waste in various countries is increasing steadily, so Jeetek is acting proactively to create awareness about these concerns and hopefully inspire other business organizations to be part of the green movement," said Jihad El Eit, CEO & Founder of Jeetek.

Jeetek also distributes products manufactured by UK's Thumbs Up, including chargers, wireless cameras, underwater cameras, TV digital photo key rings, neon travel alarm clocks and other novelty items.
