VIVA launches Huawei MediaPad in Bahrain The Huawei MediaPad will be available in limited quantities, says VIVA.

VIVA is to become the first operator to offer Huawei's new MediaPad tablet In Bahrain.

The operator is offering the tablet, in limited quantities, with a VIVA broadband 5 plan.

The MediaPad will be available through VIVA stores, with a one year broadband 5 contract, including free data for the first two months at the fastest speeds and an additional 8 GB free storage for the price of BD 170 only.

The Huawei MediaPad runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb with a 7-inch touchscreen display powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor. The device comes with a 5-mega pixel camera, a front facing camera for video calls, a full HD 1080p video recorder, 3G connectivity, a microSD card providing up to 32 GB memory and an HDMI port.
