BenQ reveals three new digital cameras The BenQ AE100 has a F2.4 aperture lens, designed to deliver better low light photos, a 5x optical zoom, and a 2.7-inch LCD display.

BenQ has introduced three new point-and-shoot compact digital cameras to the Middle East: the BenQ AE100, AE110 and the AE200.

"BenQ is at the forefront of developing digital products that are easy to use, technically advanced and affordable. Our new AE series is packed with features and allows users to capture crisp, clear images- we are confident our new series will appeal to a young generation of photography enthusiasts," said Manish Bakshi, general manager of BenQ for the Middle East and Africa.

The BenQ AE100 and the AE200 cameras feature a diamond pattern shell and are equipped with a 14-Megapixel and 16-Megapixel sensor, respectively. Both also have a F2.4 aperture lens, designed to deliver better low light photos, a 5x optical zoom, and a 2.7-inch LCD display. Both can also record 720p HD videos.

The BenQ AE110 features a 14-Megapixel camera, a 5x optical zoom, a 25mm wide-angle lens, 5cm macro, and has the ability to record 720p HD videos.

All three cameras come with artistic effects such as fisheye, colour accent, sketch, watercolour, toy and panorama modes.

 The BenQ AE100 digital camera is priced at AED 350 and comes in red and silver colors; the BenQ AE200 priced at AED 370 will be available in blue and grey while the BenQ AE110 priced at AED 370 comes in black and silver.
