Asbis touts its Prestigio MultiPad tablet with 3G The new Prestigio MultiPad tablet supports phone calls.

Region distributor Asbis Middle East has unveiled its first Prestigio tablet which comes with 3G.

The new MultiPad PMP70704B3G tablet supports phone calls, so a user can use the device as a mobile phone if needed. The tablet also comes with an integrated GPS receiver and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, which provides lots of cool features and access to over 250,000 Android applications.

The tablet is also equipped with two cameras, 2.0 MP camera in the rear that comes with LED flash, and 0.3 MP front camera for video calls.

Prestigio is Asbis' own in-house brand and the distributor offers a range of handheld devices and PC accessories under this brand.

The Prestigio PMP7074B3G is slim and light, providing sharp video and great game graphics on a capacitive 7-inch multi touch screen. With Adobe Flash 10.3 compatibility, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, users can enjoy web browsing wherever they go. The Android browser with a possibility of voice search gives a similar experience to the one on desktop PCs.
