UAE distributor Mart Networks has partnered with UK-based Msona, a manufacturer of multi-function Internet appliances, to distribute its mBox range of products.

Mart Networks, which distributes Msona in the UAE, Kenya and Tanzania, is offering the vendor mBox in the three countries and has plans to expand to other territories.

According to Msona, mBox is an appliance optimised for small, medium and distributed enterprises ranging from a few users to hundreds. The company also states that the mBox is ideal for Office-in-Box, Branch-in-a Box and Network appliance solutions.

Rami Houbby, Vice President, Business Development, Msona Limited, says the mBox 2000 series is a multi-service, multi-function and multi-purpose unified IP communications and applications Internet appliance that delivers true convergence of data, voice, video and IT applications at the customer premise.

Houbby says Msona’s partnership with Mart Networks has opened new doors for it to expand it offering into the three countries where the distributor has presence and further enhance its offerings to channel partners and end-users in those markets.

He says being at GITEX with Mart Networks not only reinforces our commitment to the partnership but also underscores Msona’s belief in the potential of the Middle East and Africa market. “We are promoting our solutions at GITEX and this will go a lot way in helping our distributor in connecting further beyond the technology fair with existing and potential partners,” he says. Houbby says he has been impressed by the level of interest that partners and end-users have shown in the Msona mBox portfolio offering and is upbeat that the company will grow the business in the region.
