Hospitality application vendor Diavox joins Aastra’s Approved Partner Program

DiaVox, specialist developer of voice processing solutions, has become the most recent entry into the Aastra A2P2 Partner Program as a Qualified Member.

The Aastra MX-ONE IP Telephony system can be integrated with the Hospitality Media Gateway (HMG) from DiaVox to form a complete hospitality solution - able to handle all customers’ voice and data needs. The solution comes with industry standards based interfaces, enabling it to be fully integrated with a front-office system, making guest information available to those who need it.

DiaVox’s Hospitality Media Gateway Solution 4.0 has been tested comprehensively in Aastra’s lab in Dubai and has been verified at several customer sites in the field. It meets all requirements to be used as Qualified Products together with Aastra’s MX-ONE 4.1 communication system. It offers a variety of features and functions that fulfill the requirements of small and large lodging and hospitality businesses including Voice Mail, Auto Attendant, Wakeup calls and Audiotext for use by the hotel’s staff.
