Waseela for Technology Consultations, a leading systems integrator specialising in broadband wireless technologies, has announced at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK that it is now the exclusive regional partner of Accuver, a supplier of optimisation and test equipment.

Under the agreement, Waseela will manage Accuver’s full range of measurement solutions that allow wireless device manufacturers, network vendors, and operators to measure, troubleshoot, and optimise their products and networks.

It also includes the introduction and implementation of Accuver’s WiMAX and LTE drive test (DM) tool XCAL and post-processing tool XCAP to the region.

Accuver’s LTE optimisation and benchmarking solutions are among the leading 4G optimisation and benchmarking solutions worldwide and are currently adopted by leading LTE suppliers like Nokia-Siemens, Samsung and Alcatel-Lucent.

These advanced optimisation and benchmarking tools are set to be used in the current and recent LTE deployments in the Middle East region.

Dr. Samer Taha, CEO of Waseela says: “We are privileged to have been chosen by Accuver, a global leader in the field, to represent them in the Middle East. Accuver’s products and services perfectly complement our existing portfolio.”

It is the first time for me to hear about Waseela ... That 's great news to hear ...

Can Waseela adopt new ideas for the in-building testing tools ? I mean if I have an idea to develop a new innovative and simple in-building ( WiFi ) testing tool that would be able to read floor plans and allocate the coordinates of the test phone on the floor plan on a real time which would allow the tester to walk freely without having to tap in his location on the floor plan every time he makes a move ...

All the best ,
