if you can control the urge to use the A500 when first purchased...charge the battery completely before turning it on. I get about 10 to 11 hours of batterly life on each charge. get a tight fitting case to protect the A500. super antenna for the WIFI...it seems to grab the strongest signal and locks it in unless you command it to change. I use for work and home use and it has never given me a bit of a problem.
