Azeti Networks signs Emitac for distribution

Emitac Distribution has been signed as a distributor for IT infrastructure monitoring specialist Azeti Networks.

Under the deal, Emitac Distribution will carry solutions from Azeti for Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan and the UAE. Germany-based Azeti specializes in solutions to monitor and test network infrastructure, server systems and applications.

"After our recent establishment in Dubai of a sales and operations centre for the MEA Region, we at Azeti Networks are very proud of establishing a distribution partnership with Emitac Distribution. Their experience in managing complex partner ecosystems and extensive resellers network, will allow us to identify the best business partners for Azeti Technologies in the Middle East & Africa," said José Bustamange, VP MEA at Azeti.

Emitac will offer support for Azeti's business in the region, and will also help to provide brand awareness with its reseller network.

"We recognise the potential of Azeti‘s exciting range of technology-driven products in terms of addressing specific market segments. Azeti solutions are especially relevant to business which needs to measure and monitor environmental conditions. The targeted market segments are hospitality, telecom, retail, healthcare, and banking, in fact just about anywhere a business may need real-time data on the environmental conditions, even at a remote location. A unique aspect of Azeti proposition in the open nature of the platform, enabling the solution to talk to any existing infrastructure" said Patrick Mulligan, general manager, Emitac Distribution.

Azeti was recently awarded by Gartner as a ‘Cool Vendor' in Infrastructure Services for 2011. The ‘Cool Vendor' status is given to companies that offer solutions that are either innovative, have an new impact on business or else have caught Gartner's interest for other positive reasons.
