Bahrain's TRA will use Twitter to communicate about its activities.

Bahrain’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has joined the Twitterati, with launch of its own Twitter page.
The @TRABahrain account will be used to communicate information on the TRA’s activities, and to promote transparency in its actions.
“The usage of social media such as Twitter is growing tremendously as it is complemented by the affordability of the broadband services in Bahrain. The online community has become a popular new media for people’s communications and TRA understands the importance of adopting the new technology to interact with both online and offline individuals," said Basil Al Arrayed, TRA’s Communications and Consumer Affairs Director.
