Aptilo signs Oxygen for ME distribution

Wi-Fi and security solutions VAD Oxygen Middle East has signed Aptilo Networks to its portfolio of vendors.

Aptilo provides pre-integrated solutions for control of billing, access control and user services in wireless networks based on Wi-Fi, WiMAX and LTE.

Aptilo's technology will compliment Oxygen's existing offerings for service providers, by giving them a solution to manage paid and free Wi-Fi services and to optimize bandwidth usage. Aptilo's Service Management Platform (SMP) for Wi-Fi is a state-of-the-art base for delivering carrier-grade broadband access services in large public, semi public and private access zones. The platform facilitates easy and scalable service delivery, administration and monitoring.

The technology is also compatible with Aruba's wireless solutions, which Oxygen specializes in.
