Samsung unveils portable projector Samsung's new Pico SP-H03 weighs 210g, or 130g without the battery and the detachable battery can last up to two hours in Eco mode.

Samsung Electronics has announced the release of its first Pico projector, which is designed to be an affordable, portable and powerful projection option for business professionals on the move.

The SP-H03 weighs 210g, or 130g without the battery and the detachable battery can last up to two hours in Eco mode.

The SP-H03 the 30-ANSI projects images onto screens from 9 to 80 inches and has 1GB of internal memory so users can upload documents, video, photos and music directly onto the SP-H03.

"The SP-H03 was designed to be extremely portable, eliminating the hassle and setup issues often encountered by presenters as they travel from organisation to organisation," said Anupam Birla - business head - Visual Display Unit at Samsung Gulf Electronics. "By creating a convenient, portable, powerful and inexpensive device, Samsung is poised to assert its leadership at the top of this market."

The device also supports external storage from a MicroSD slot or USB port and has PC, AV composite in.

The SP-H03 is designed to be able to connect with your netbook, camcorder, camera and smart phone to use content from these devices.
