I just got the 8" tablet and I LOVE IT! If you are having problems, check the warranty slip, it has some useful resources to help you out.

If you just bought/received it, you have to charge it first, turning it on right away may be the cause for some of the problems you are having. Also, I downloaded all my apps from Google Play or the app site directly (like Skype or Twitter) and they all work like charm! =)

I am looking to update the Jelly Bean OS, when is 4.3 coming out?
