RAK Free Trade Zone chooses Arc Solutions The Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone has chosen Arc Solutions unified communications suite to improve their efficiency and service quality.

Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) has selected Arc Solutions to improve communication across the organisation and provide advanced call handing.

The Arc solution selected is based on the Arc Premium unified communications suite and is designed to aid RAK FTZ boost customer service quality and improve efficiency.

The unified communications solution was chosen by RAK FTZ to unite the various business parks under the organisation and has already been deployed throughout the RAK FTZ.

The Arc Premium operator consoles are designed to improve call handling efficiency and productivity in the operator centre.

Arc Call Connect is designed to improve service levels and the effectiveness of contact centre agents, while the management tools of Arc Supervisor and Arc Wallboard are designed to deliver key performance metrics to supervisors and managers.

The Arc Solutions portfolio has been designed for use with Cisco Unified Communications platforms and is sold throughout the world by Cisco Business Partners.

 The RAK FTZ is currently home to around 4,000 active companies from 106 countries around the world. RAK FTZ employs 350 staff and operates business centres in four locations in the UAE.

The RAK FTZ is expanding its presence internationally with liaison offices now in Germany, Turkey, India and the USA.

The Free Trade Zone provides four different business parks, the Business Park, Industrial Park, Technology Park and Academy Zone.
