Jacobsons Direct  partners with SugarCRM Tom Schuster, general manager, EMEA region at SugarCRM says that the partnership with Jacobsons Direct is key for their expansion in the Middle East.

Relationship management experts, SugarCRM have announced a partnership with Jacobsons Direct, a Direct Marketing and CRM Integrated Solutions Company based in the Middle East.

By adding SugarCRM to their portfolio, Jacobson direct have made their CRM solutions in the region more flexible and open.

"We see a strong synergy between the value proposition of SugarCRM and Jacobsons' core values and region-grown competences," said George Jacob, managing director at Jacobsons Direct. "We strive to provide effective customer management tools and services to our clients. SugarCRM has the right tools to build upon our foundation."

According to Jacobsons, its new partners deliver commercial products in over 80 languages worldwide to thousands of clients. By partnering with SugarCRM, Jacobsons gains access to SugarCRM's deep reporting and forecasting features, strong, simple to use marketing automation tools and customer service and support tools

The two companies, as part of the new partnership, will now be co-sponsors of The Customer Show MENA 2010, the Middle East's dedicated CRM event.
