Dubai World praises Enterprise Management Solutions (EMS) division of EES, for successfully completing a very complex implementation of HP Service Manager.

The project which is live now after successful implementation, has become the backbone of centralized service management for the entire group of Dubai World. The rolled-out ITIL-based service desk tool binds the subsidiaries into one common service delivery model, taking advantage of central reporting helping ITC (Dubai World's Shared IT Service Provider) to deliver stringent SLAs they have signed with the group companies and subsidiaries.

The solution provides a powerful workflow engine and application platform for automating, facilitating, and enforcing key ITIL processes within Dubai World. Furthermore, it also helps Dubai world mitigate risk by enforcing processes from a single source to minimize service disruptions and enable regulatory compliance throughout the group.
