Etisalat signs up with Emitac Enterprise Solutions (EES) to implement their 82H Central IT Upgrade

Upgrade for Etisalat will include network management, server and application management, and service desk solutions

Emitac has been chosen by Etisalat to upgrade all the existing HP Software products which include network management, server and application management, ITIL V3 Complaint Service Desk and telco equipment management.

Emitac in partnership with Parallon and HP will deliver this upgrade in a record schedule of five months.

By implementing Application Management solution, Etisalat will dramatically simplify day-to-day IT application operations, reduce the time to resolve issues, and help maintain SLA conformance of key applications. The network management solution will help Etisalat to monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize network system operations while enhancing the service levels to its customers.
