BenQ brings new monitor range to the Middle East BenQ's new VA LED screens promise less eye-strain, lower electricity consumption and high-clarity viewing.

Digital lifestyle provider, BenQ has launched its first Vertical Alignment (VA) LED monitors in the Middle East. The LED monitor range boasts eco-friendly engineering and higher energy savings than traditional monitors.

 "With the launch of our three new VA LED monitor range - The EW, VW and BL series - BenQ continues to strengthen its market standing as a leader and internationally-renowned provider of digital monitors. The BL series on offer in the Middle East, aims to boost office workers' efficiency and help contribute to lowering businesses cost through its energy saving capability," said Manish Bakshi, General Manager of BenQ for the Middle East and Africa.

"The EW series is designed to appeal to the region's digital video enthusiasts and the VW series, winner of the prestigious iF Award 2010, is aimed at consumers looking for a fusion of style and functionality," he added.

The six new BL models come in three different sizes; 19 inch, 22 inch and 24 inch sizes and are being promoted as a cost effective LED solution for business applications.

The 24 inch comes with VA panels, which provide a ultra-wide viewing angle, crisp colour and good clarity. The company has also integrated an Eye-Protect sensor which adjusts lighting levels for viewers comfort and reduces eye strain.

BenQ says that their LED technology uses up to 33% less energy versus as compared to traditional LCD displays, which saves companies money on their electricity bills.

The three new VA LED monitor series' are now available in the Middle East.
