Fujitsu Consulting wins IFFCO contract

The firm will deploy bouquet of Oracle services for UAE conglomerate

Fujitsu Consulting wins IFFCO contract Rajiv Chopra, director Sales & Marketing, Fujitsu Consulting says he is committed to offering valuable solutions to IFFCO.

Fujitsu Consulting has won a contract to implement an end to end ERP system for IFFCO, a business conglomerate headquartered in the UAE. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Using a bouquet of Oracle products, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Demantra, Agile, Siebel CRM, Hyperion, Financials, HCM, OPM, SCM, UCM and many more, Fujitsu hopes to integrate end to end business for the conglomerate.

 "We at IFFCO required an efficient system which will help us counter the limitations we were facing in the current operations such as Commodity Trading Solutions, Mobile Sales Force Applications, Import and Export Shipping Logistics, and our ability to Integrate and manage multiple businesses across different geographies. Fujitsu Consulting has the skill, knowledge and experience that we are looking for to deliver highly advanced seamless integration of our various business requirements," said Anamitra Roy, group director, Information Technology, IFFCO.

IFFCO operates in the major business verticals of: food and beverages, personal care and Cleaning, packaging, industrial products and logistics.

The new Oracle system solutions will enable IFFCO to expand its current business model and ensure business growth.

Fujitsu Consulting and IFFCO will complete the business requirements and implementation over the next two years and IFFCO will  roll out new hardware and infrastructure in support of the project.
