Every visitor will find something to look at in Techfaith Wireless Technology’s booth, as the company is displaying its latest line of mobile phones.

The company has phones for seemingly every lifestyle. The Barbie V2 for instance will appeal to young women; it is a pink, touch screen phone with a focus on multimedia functionality. The bottom of the phone houses a sparkling ‘diamond’ stone. The phone is equipped with a 2-megapixel digital camera and has a 3.0-inch WQVGA LCD screen. The internal memory is set at 1GB + 512MB and a microSD slot is provided for additional memory upgrades.

The next in line is the Disney M21 which is specifically designed for younger users. It will appeal to children and has pictures of Mickey or Minnie on the back, depending on the colour you choose. It comes in three colours; pink, brown and blue.

For the rugged adventurer TechFaith has introduced its Jungle 80 and Jungle 46. Both phones are GPS enabled, waterproof, shockproof and dustproof. The phones are equipped with a 2-megapixel camera, a 2.4-inch QVGA screen and a microSD expansion slot that can accept up to 4GB. It comes in a rugged industrial looking yellow and black outer casing.

Another model in the lineup is a business phone. It is Android 2.2 powered and has a G sensor along with Java, WiFi and GPS support. The screen is a 3.2-inch HVGA Touch Lens LCD. The external memory can be upgraded via microSD up to 32GB and is hotswap capable.

TechFaith is based in China and employs over 700 people.
