Epson is using its presence at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK to highlight its new market-focused approach. The company has split its overall business into five focused divisions each focusing on a key market for the vendor. These include education, healthcare, banking and finance, public sector and the burgeoning hospitality sectors.

The company says its presence at this year's show is allowing it to demonstrate its new approach to the market in a way that only a trade show like GITEX can.

"Undoubtedly GITEX is the biggest and most important regional platform for IT companies to launch and showcase their product innovations," says Khalil El-Dalu, General Manager at Epson Middle East. "Epson has been an active participant at GITEX Dubai for the past several years, and this year we will have a broad line up of business products on showcase at our stand, with a sector wide classification.

The company is showing off its latest range of products from its inkjet and laser printer line ups, its scanners and projectors all of which are aimed at business and public sector users. It is also displaying a range of products especially designed for the retail and medical industries, including small label, receipt and cheque printers, and scanners.

Its education and hospitality ranges are also being displayed.

"We are confident that visitors to our stand will appreciate our special effort to present a more streamlined product display that reflects our commitment to provide innovative and targeted solutions even as we consolidate our overall presence in the regional market."
