Visitors to Laserfiche’s stand in Hall 7 will be able to view demonstrations of its integration with Microsoft’s latest business collaboration platform SharePoint 2010 this week.

“Technology leaders from across the MEA region know that a rock-solid records management strategy simplifies compliance and ensures the consistency and security of information across the organisation,” says Sean Tang, International Business Director at Laserfiche. “Our integration with SharePoint 2010 gives customers a strong and agile way to improve information governance.”

Laserfiche will be exhibiting alongside BMB (Lebanon), while a number of VARs will also be present at the booth, including ISB (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), ITQAN (Qatar), Kuwait United Company for Copies & Computer Services (Kuwait), Mazroui and Partners (UAE), PIXEL Digital (UAE) and TAFEEL IT Co (KSA).

The company will also be showcasing Laserfiche Workflow, a business process management (BPM) tool included in the Laserfiche ECM suite, which enables users to create custom workflows that automatically perform specific tasks based on activity occurring in Laserfiche as well as other applications such as GIS, ERP and CRM.

Laserfiche is known for its enterprise content management (ECM) solutions that have helped more than 28,000 companies worldwide to run smarter.

The company also claims to be the first Microsoft partner to obtain a DoD 5015.2 certification for its integration with SharePoint 2010, resulting in a unified business collaboration platform with comprehensive ECM  functionality.

“Organisations around the world have improved operational efficiency by including Laserfiche Workflow in their overall ECM strategy,” says Nizar Ghannam, COO of BMB Group, a business technology advisor and Laserfiche distributor based in Lebanon. “With its support for the Arabic language, Laserfiche ECM is the top choice for Middle Eastern companies of all sizes.”
