Saferzone is appearing at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK in an effort to find partners and analyse IT trends in the Middle East region.

The South Korean company develops WiFi and WiBro products and provides WiFi, WiBro (WiMax), GSM/GPRS chipsets to a number of companies. The firm also offers PC software and USB security solutions, some of which will be on display at the firm’s booth.

Saferzone is making an appearance at this year’s exhibition in an effort to build business relationships in the region. “We are hoping to build working relationships with carriers and distributors in the region. GITEX is a very important tradeshow for companies entering new markets,” says Kwon Changhoon, CEO of Saferzone.

When asked about the region’s importance to his company’s worldwide operations Changhoon responds, “The Middle East market is very careful to use products that have just been introduced in the market. Success for us in the Middle East means that we will achieve success in the global market.”
