Telecoms Developer CTI Group aims to take the wraps off the newest version of its Proteus call management system at GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK.

Proteus bills itself as an easy-to-use, general purpose system that allows enterprises and telecom operators to securely manage their communications traffic including wireless and B2B VoIP activity.

The firm will also make an appearance at the vendor theatre with a presentation focused on the call management needs of the financial sector market.

Jonathan Hogg, Head of Product and Marketing, believes the event will provide excellent exposure. “We aim to emulate the success we have achieved in our US and European markets,” says Hogg. “We are keen on meeting potential support partners in the region, particularly for call recording in the finance sector, where a fast response to support issues is vital. GITEX is the ideal platform for us,” he adds.
