Software Firm ZOHO Corporation will introduce the enterprise management solutions ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and ManageEngine IT360 at the 2010 GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK.

ServiceDesk Plus is an ITIL-ready helpdesk application that also comes with Arabic support, while IT360 is a BSM tool that offers a holistic view of the business infrastructure.

“With more than 40,000 customers worldwide, including three out of every five Fortune 500 companies, we are the fastest growing alternative to traditional network management frameworks. We offer 90% of what the ‘Big Four’ (of the IT management space) offers at 10% of their price,” says Nirmal Kumar Manoharan, Senior Business Development Manager, ManageEngine Division at ZOHO.

Enterprise IT management solutions fall under ZOHO’s ManageEngine division, but other divisions within the company include Zoho.com that focuses on online business applications and WebNMS, which services the needs of OEMs.

The Middle East is regarded as a “very important” market for ZOHO, with the firm crediting GITEX as a source for developing regional sales leads.

“GITEX has helped us in getting good visibility in the MEA region. We are exhibiting fpr the fourth year in succession and we find the visitor numbers growing each year, and the quality of leads improving as well,” comments Manoharan.
