Mobile applications supplier Pretioso is gearing up to introduce its new Datomo Mobile Forms 2.0 solution, which seamlessly combines its Mobile Forms, Mobile Integration and Mobile Dictate products.

The solution promises improved photo handling, versioning of forms, scanner integration and optional integration in data warehouses, according to the European company’s Event Manager, Birgit Offt, who adds that its offering is particularly pertinent for SMBs.

“All these solutions can also be hosted in a cloud which makes Mobility with Integration an interesting and viable option for SMEs without extensive server infrastructure,” she says.

Pretioso intends to use  GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK to make contact with enterprises from the Middle East who are looking for an integrated solution for their mobile applications.

“The Middle East market is of strategic importance to Pretioso because the company is currently not globally active, but is, however, focusing on the European, Middle East and North American markets, ” says Offt. “The Middle East is currently the fastest growing market apart from Eastern Europe, which adds even more significance to GITEX 2010.”

In Europe, Pretioso collaborates with a number of carriers, including T-Mobile, Vodafone and O2. It has also achieved Elite Partner status from RIM and last year featured among the top three providers in the ‘Delivering Service Excellence’ category for its Datamo product line.
