International Turnkey Systems Group (ITS) plans to take the wraps off its new unified service offering at this year’s GITEX.

“This year we are participating with two of our strategic partners - Oracle & Symantec,” explains Khaled Faraj Al-Saeid, Managing Director and General Manager.

“This opportunity will allow us to promote our  unified service offering covering service desk, application management and infrastructure management services. Based on the ITIL framework, our service offering enables IT change management and facilitates smooth migration to an integrated service model.”

Al-Saeid firmly believes that GITEX continues to be the region’s leading technology event, allowing the service provider to conveniently convene with IT decision makers, business executives and leading technology experts from across the globe under one roof. The firm is well known in the region as a leading systems integrator, building turnkey solutions for customers in a range of vertical markets.

According to Al-Saeid, the firm’s successful appearances at GITEX are rooted in its desire to provide bespoke systems that dovetail efficiently with client strategies. “We have the know-how and capabilities in full life-cycle application management services (pre-implementation; implementation, upgrade and post-implementation support) for the complete Oracle E-Business Suite, with an optimum mix of onsite and offshore services,” he says.

He adds that the company’s relationship with Oracle and Symantec has led it to deliver many successful regional projects. Its expertise lies around everything from solution design and product customisation to definite cost effective application management, support and hosting.

ITS operates from more than 25 regional offices, with 2,800 employees currently on its payroll.
