GITEX TECHNOLOGY WEEK will once again contain a dedicated Government Section, reinforcing the investments that are being made to boost the UAE’s e-infrastructure and transform the country’s expansive digital community.

As the requirement for more online public service facilities grows, this year will see the largest participation yet from Government services. Many Government departments from within the UAE and the wider GCC will be exhibiting at the show, including Dubai eGovernment, which has tripled its stand presence to more than 2,800 square metres this year.

Other participating bodies include the Prime Minister’s Office, Dubai eGovernment, Dubai Municipality, the Ministry of Interior Naturalisation & Residency Administration Dubai, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Social Affairs and the RTA among others.

Public spending has remained high in the Middle East, making this area of the show compelling for the many global companies offering business solutions in this area.
