the secrecy still theilsre as people would not monitor emals but goverenments do for security purpose but not to spy on you.I think what the UAE is asking is fair specially when RIM has agreed to give India the right to monitor.

The US government can read your data. So can the UK and Israel.

Of course they shouldn't, the whole purpose of the product would be gone if people can monitor the emails. It's not secure anymore if government officials can peep into emails and possibly sell that information.
