EMW gains Avaya Service Expert certification The Avaya Service Expert Certification is proof of EMW's ability to deliver the most complex projects successfully, says El Hage.

Converged communications specialist EMW ME has become the first company in the Middle East to gain Avaya's Service Expert Certification.

EMW is the only company in the region to hold the certification, which recognizes the company's ability to deliver set standards of service, at present.

To gain the certification, EMW had to meet set standards of skills and qualifications needed to deliver the full range of implementation and support services to it's Avaya customers. Other factors in gaining the certification were EMW's large proportion of technical staff, involvement in complex projects, and use of proof-of-concept deployments to introduce new technologies.
