Juniper is ramping up its channel offering with new education and marketing initiatives that will be available to partners in the coming weeks.

The networking vendor will begin by launching the Juniper Learning Academy, which is an online learning centre designed to provide resellers with valuable sales and technical knowledge in a variety of formats including online testing, podcasts, videos and virtual demonstrations.

The academy also incorporates customised training and education resources, which are free for partners to use, as well as targeted course curriculum and a point system for tracking personal progress.

In addition to the investment in partner training, Juniper plans to unveil a global marketing resource centre during the second half of the year. It hopes the move will make it easier and more profitable for channel partners to lead with its portfolio.

The online centre will feature a range of cutomised and co-branded marketing tools, which should simplify the creative process and allow partners to market their services in sync with Juniper.

Frank Vitagliano, senior vice president of partners at Juniper Networks, says the investments will drive partner enablement. "These new business-building resources once again raise the bar and demonstrate our commitment to and ongoing investment in the success of our channel partners," he commented.
