NEC launches retail solutions in ME Executives from NEC and HMH announce the deal.

NEC Corporation is bringing its range of solutions for retailers to the Middle East, through a partnership between it Indian subsidiary NEC India and UAE IT company HMH Establishment.

The partnership will promote NEC solutions such as point-of-sale (POS) to the retail and hospitality sectors in the Middle East region.

NEC is the market leader in retail solutions in Japan, and has around 15,000 retail stores across Japan, China, Southeast Asia and the US. The company provides POS terminals and mobile terminals, to fit a range of environments.

Takashige Mouri, associate vice president, NEC Corporation, commented: "NEC has immense experience in implementing retail solutions for local and global retailers across vast geographical range.
