UAE mobile operator Du is offering prepaid mobile customers a chance to keep their Pay as you Go line for life without paying annual renewal fees.

To activate the lifetime offer, customers need to call 135 and choose option 5, after which they will be charged a one-time subscription fee of AED 20.

There's just one catch - customers need to make sure they spend at least AED 10 on their line each year to keep it active.

"du's Pay as you Go lifetime validity offer presents customers with a unique, convenient and cost effective way to keep their Pay as you Go® line for life, never having to bother with annual renewal again. This is yet another example of how du provides customers with a range of innovative solutions to continually improve their mobility experience," commented Du's chief commercial officer Farid Faraidooni.

The offer is now available to all Pay as you Go customers, including users of ‘Alo' line.
