Qatar's Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions (ABATS) has been awarded Microsoft Gold Partner status in three key competency areas.

The company, part of Ali Bin Ali Information & Communication Technology, has qualified as a Gold partner for Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Systems Management and Server Platforms, after meeting the high standards of skills, staffing and customer satisfaction required by the Microsoft partner program.

Mohammad Nayel, general manager of ABATS commented: "We are extremely proud to have attained Gold Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program. To publicly associate ourselves with this major global company, demonstrates our commitment and expertise in using Microsoft technologies. We expect that the efforts we spent to achieve this level of certification will help us serve our customers even better, and get involved into a new spectrum of projects that exploits the capabilities of ABATS and the revamped company infrastructure that was invested in for the last two years."

ABATS extended the size and capabilities of its dedicated Microsoft business unit to meet the standards, and will gain access to a range of benefits including extended training and support for Microsoft.

"Attaining the Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status highlights that Ali Bin Ali Technology Solutions has made a great effort to adopt the latest information technology available in the industry. The achievement provided through the Gold Certified Partner status allows ABATS to further develop service offerings that the company provides for their customers," said Mohammad Hammoudi, country manager, Microsoft Qatar.

This goes to prove the continued challenges we set for ourselves, in order to raise the benchmark of service excellence we offer to our customers."
