Romanian call centre provider XL World is launching a two-pronged attack on the Middle East market this year with plans to aggressively attract clients as well as consider locations for future service centres.

The vendor is participating in GITEX Technology Week as part of the overall Romanian delegation, which is supported by the Romanian Ministry for Small and Medium Businesses as well as by ARIES, the Association of Electronics and Software Companies of Romania.

XL World is already supporting large multinationals in the EMEA region and has expressed a strong interest in further developing its presence in the Middle East. “Our interest in the Middle East is twofold,” says Roberto Montandon, Business Development Manager in XL World. “We see it both as a fast-growing market for our products services and as a possible location for setting up future service centres.”

For companies in the Middle East that have operations in Europe, or are planning to grow their services in the region, the need for multilingual support to handle is obvious, but not always straightforward to implement.

XL World offers customer acquisition services, customer care and administrative services in more than 10 different languages from a single location. Support services are offered in a wide array of languages, including English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Hungarian, Romanian, Albanian, Greek, Russian,  to name just a few. This provides companies with a one-stop solution for supporting EMEA customers, immediately increasing speed of execution and reducing costs.
