GeNUA, the German IT security specialist, is presenting its high-end solutions for secure networking and data communication at GITEX Technology Week.

The range of security products that can be found at GeNUA's stand include, GeNUGate - a two-tier firewall for secure interfaces, GeNUScreen - stateful packet filter for a strong protection screen, Security Gateways for Red-Black Transitions and GeNUCard, which is a solution for mobile users to secure their operations.

The GeNUGate is a dual layer firewall, with an application level gateway and a packet filter, that is run on separate hardware but that is connected in series. The GeNUGate means that malicious content such as the mass of malware that is threatening organisations today have to bypass not one, but two, integral firewalls to make it into the network.

GeNUA's Red-Black Transitions Gateways have been used to secure classified networks of government and military organisations around the world and work by monitoring the flow of information rigorously, including document content, preventing the transfer of classified information to unprotected networks.
