Sybase returns to MEFX this year, to showcase a number of its cutting edge technologies in areas such as data warehousing, internet banking, mCommerce, disaster recovery and enterprise modelling and many others.

The company says that the Middle East market is very important, as it has been one of the markets least affected by the financial crisis, and has continued to show growth this year.

As part of Sybase' commitment to the region, John Chen, CEO, and Dr Raj Nathan, Chief Marketing Officer of Sybase visited the Middle East earlier this year. Sybase has been serving the Middle East Market for over 20 years now and caters primarily to over 75 financial institutions across the region.

Sybase will also host its partners on its stand, who will showcase their solutions in the areas of business intelligence, application monitoring and project portfolio management.

The company will also be announcing its acquisition of Paybox under its mCommerce practice as well as its partnership with Information Builders in the Middle East.
