I must admit to being a bit sceptical when initially reviewing LG’s KM900 Arena (another touchscreen multimedia phone. Yawn.) But this one delivers.

The interface is slick, navigation easy and with Wi-Fi connectivity, Google apps and a document viewer, the Arena makes it easy to do work basics. It’s the multimedia features that make LG’s creation stand out though – the 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash is stellar, with its music player and FM radio audio quality up to standard.

The Arena comes with a healthy 8GB memory onboard, with the ability to stick on an extra 32Gs with microSD if you’re feeling greedy. Battery life was a bit of a letdown though, with the phone needing some connector cable attention every single day during trial. Overall, it’s well-balanced and easily one of the best camera phones to be released this year.
