Jordanian IT services and enterprise solutions provider STS has opened a fourth regional office in Bahrain to address local market opportunities.

The company, which specialises in solutions from vendors such as Dell, IBM and Microsoft, expects the facility to strengthen its presence in the Bahrain market and ensure a high level of service to existing clients based in the country.

Ramzi Zeine, executive chairman at STS, said the new office was a “significant” step forward in the firm’s expansion plan.

“Establishing a strong presence in Bahrain, STS would be able to provide an assortment of proven solutions to its customers, empowering them to leverage technology for increased productivity and improved profitability,” he stated.

Meanwhile, the company has also revealed that it has won a project to provide Acer PCs and laptops to the Jordanian income and sales tax department. STS serves as an Acer executive partner and authorised service centre in Jordan, and will also provide technical support services as part of the deal.

In addition to its headquarters in Amman, STS has offices in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The company is primarily focused on large enterprise deals in the banking, telecommunication, education and government sectors.
