Canon creates regional centre

Printing vendor Canon has created its first pan-Middle East help desk service centre to broaden the level and speed of service and support for its customers and partners in the region.

The new facility is designed to deliver post sales ‘out-of-the-box’ support and presales information.

Services will be offered via a call centre setup with support provided via telephone, e-mail and fax, initially in English and Arabic, with Frenchto follow later.

“Our objective when deciding to implement a pan Middle East help desk was to support Canon’s consumer products ina consistent way that adds value to the relationship for both customer and partner,” said Gordon Jones, president of Canon Middle East.
