CommVault reaches out with Tech Access

Tech Access has been awarded regional distribution rights for CommVault’s full software suite

Value added distributor, Tech Access, has been awarded regional distribution rights for data and information management solutions vendor CommVault’s full software suite.

The vendor says that the partnership with the pan-Arab distributor dramatically increases its reach and footprint across the Middle East market.

Tech Access — which has offices across the MENA region including in Dubai, Riyadh and Tunis — claims it is well placed to develop and support the growing reseller network working with CommVault’s wares.

“The MENA region is a key growth market for CommVault,” explained Hani Esber, general manager at CommVault Middle East and North Africa.

“We are constantly looking to expand our channel community and Tech Access will provide us with that extra reach which will augment our partner offering and better service our channel eco-system,” added Esber.

Under the deal Tech Access and CommVault will work together to expand the vendor’s market here and lead generation activities for partners. The vendor also promises to commit its full training and learning facilities to its new distributor in an effort to boost the acquisition of skills among its Middle East channel.

“The demand for next-generation solutions on singular information management is growing in the region and partnering with CommVault will allow us to address the needs of the market and provide best of breed technology to the region,” said Tony Ward, CEO of Tech Access.
