Telecom operator du’s network now connects 94% of all populated areas in the United Arab Emirates.

The company recently improved its coverage in the western regions of the country, specifically around the Silaa highway that goes up to the border of Saudi Arabia and other major areas such as Ruwais, Mirfa, Hamra, Madinat Zayed, Ghayathi and Tarif.

"Stepping-up our network footprint across the UAE is an ongoing focus in order to offer a better customer experience. So wherever our customers may be located, they have the assurance of enhanced seamless network connectivity from du to access the state-of-the-art voice and data services that we offer," commented Farid Faraidooni, EVP Commercial, du.

du is now working on enhancing its coverage in Liwa and neighbouring areas over the next few months.
