Fortinet broadens its training offerings

Fortinet has strengthened its training offerings by adding two new programs – FortiMail Email Filtering and FortiDB.

The FortiMail Email Filtering course, available now, provides an understanding of the administration and maintenance of Fortinet's FortiMail secure messaging platform. It also shows how to configure product features to protection against advanced email threats.

The FortiDB course, which will be available early next year, is a workshop that will provide the skills necessary to implement Fortinet's new database security solution that will assess database security and vulnerability issues.

The company has also appointed Pearson VUE as the exclusive test center provider for Fortinet certification exams that includes the Fortinet Certified Network Security Administrator (FCNSA) and Fortinet Certified Network Security Professional (FCNSP).

3,500 individuals are presently FCNSA and FCNSP-certified worldwide.
