Unfortunately, Dubai e-commerce and e-government initiatives appear to be plagued with lack of appreciation for web standards. I was unable to get past the payment option on their website. I am not sure if the actual application itself is broken or if it just didn't like Safari. Perhaps 'debuts' should be left when things actually have been tested to work?
